Josh is Chief Creative Officer of BBC Studios Comedy and BBC Studios Fiction, overseeing a slate of multi-award-winning programmes including Good Omens, Inside No. 9, Trying and Time. Previously Josh worked as commissioning editor at Sky where he was Executive Producer on the BAFTA award-winning Sally4Ever, Breeders and Two Weeks To Live. Josh’s producer credits include Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s Crashing, Timewasters, and Cockroaches.

Molly is Head of Development, managing the department’s development slate and acting as Associate Producer on the third series of TIME (BBC). She has worked at BBC Studios in various roles, including Head of Development at in-house label River Pictures and Script Executive at BBC Studios Drama, working on projects such as Kidnapped (BBC Three) and Good Omens 2 (Amazon). Before joining BBC Studios, Molly was Development Executive at Unstoppable/All3Media, where she script edited The Drowning (C5), worked across multiple feature films, and produced a short film for BBC’s Sparks series. In 2021, Molly was selected as one of the Edinburgh TV Festival’s “Ones to Watch”.

Jess is a Senior Development Producer at BBC Studios Fiction & Comedy, building a distinctive slate of high - end TV projects. She previously headed up TV and Film development at Ish producer Home Team Content, and before that lead script edited Landscapers (HBO & Sky) and Giri / Haji (Netflix & BBC Two) for SISTER.

Pelumi is a Development Producer for BBC Studios Comedy & BBC Studios Fiction. Previously, Pelumi script-edited Prodigies for Apple, Coldwater for ITV, and Better for BBC1, and worked across varied film and TV slates as a Development Executive for Element Pictures and SISTER.

Sarah is Head of Business and Legal Affairs for BBC Studios Comedy & BBC Studios Fiction, advising across the commercial and legal sides of development and production. Previously, Sarah was Commercial Director of Baby Cow Productions, responsible for negotiating deals across their film and television slate (Changing Ends, The Ballad of Wallis Island), and before that Head of Legal and Business Affairs at Punchdrunk (Sleep No More, The Third Day).

Katie is a Senior Business and Legal Affairs Manager at BBC Studios working across the Comedy and Fiction slates, advising on all aspec ts of business affairs during development and production. She previously worked on the latest Doctor Who series alongside supporting on the development slate for River Pictures and BBC Studios label, Lookout Point. Prior to BBC Studios, Katie worked at Gaumont, where she worked across their UK scripted television and film slate (including The Wives for Chann el 5) and at Warner Bros. Discovery across their unscripted content

Ronan is a Senior Legal & Business Affairs Executive at BBC Studios Comedy and Fiction. He began his career in 2015 at talent agency Curtis Brown before moving over to Baby Cow Productions in 2023 working across productions including Alan Carr’s Changing Ends (ITV), How Are You? It’s Alan (Partridge) (BBC) and Brian & Maggie (C4).

She previously worked in BBC Studios Drama on continuing dramas including Doctor Who, Casualty and Eastenders.
